What are camps?

Camps function similarly to Guard Towers but come with two powerful additional features, making them versatile tools in your nation’s strategy.

Respawn Point for Town Members

When a nation member dies nearby, they will automatically respawn at the camp instead of a default spawn location. This makes camps invaluable as forward operating bases, especially when a respawn point is needed far from your town or when your nation has not yet established a town.

Siege Capability

Camps have the unique ability to initiate a Siege against an enemy town. If your camp is positioned near an enemy town, you will see the option to launch an attack when you right-click the camp spawner block. Once a Siege is started, the camp will transform into a Warcamp, becoming the focal point of your military operations.

Guard Spawning and Health Management

Like Guard Towers, camps also spawn guards to defend the area. The guards are triggered to spawn when non-nation members approach, providing consistent protection.

However, it’s important to note that each time a camp respawns a player, it loses some of its health. As with Guard Towers, the health of a camp is crucial; if it depletes entirely, the camp will be destroyed. Therefore, managing the health of your camp is essential to maintaining its effectiveness.

Strategic Placement and Use

Camps are especially useful when you need a respawn point that is strategically located, perhaps closer to enemy territory or resources. Their ability to launch Sieges makes them key assets in expanding your nation’s influence and territory.

When your camp is near an enemy town, it will be listed when you interact with the camp spawner block, allowing you to strategically plan your attack.
